1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DataMint, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

2. The service

DataMint lets you connect databases and produce CSV reports. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the databases you connect and for using least-privilege, read-only credentials.
• You must have the right to access and export the data you query through DataMint.
• You are responsible for your team members' access and for keeping credentials secure.
• No unlawful use, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Data

You retain all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. We connect to your databases read-only and do not retain their contents.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid only if you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataMint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
